Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church shared a surveillance video with CBS News Colorado in hopes of helping police find the thief or thieves.
Pastor Benito Hernandez says they’ve increased security in the area and their camera alert system just two weeks ago, after noticing thieves have made this a frequent spot to steal money from.

(February 21) Woman Accused Of Stealing More Than $6K From South Carolina Church | Oconee County, SC
A woman has been accused of stealing more than $6,000 from an Upstate church.
Nikki Elisha Harrison, 41, on Feb. 13. and charged her with financial identity fraud.
The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office began investigating the theft from the Davis Creek Baptist Church on July 12 after a church official told deputies that someone had stolen a bank statement and taken $6,466.43 from the church’s account.

(February 20) Former Secretary Gets 5 Years For Stealing $200,000 From Church | Foley, AL
A former secretary was sentenced to five years in prison Thursday for embezzling over $200,000 from a Baptist church in Alabama.
U.S. District Judge Terry Moorer sentenced Sharon Collins, the former financial secretary at First Baptist Church in Foley, Alabama, to five years behind bars, WALA reported. Moorer also ordered Collins, 54, to pay back the $209,745 she embezzled from the church and to receive a mental health evaluation and treatment.

(February 20) Radnor Police Reports: Theft And Burglary At A Church | Wayne, PA
On Sunday, Feb. 19, at approximately 12:55 p.m., the complainant discovered a vehicle was broken into at the Second Baptist Church in Wayne. Police determined that the car was unlocked. Loose change and a work ID were stolen.
A rear window was also broken at the Church, and it appears that an unknown subject or subjects entered. In both cases, there were signs that the actor or actors were smoking marijuana in the vehicle and the church.

(February 20) Sacred Statue Stolen From Montgomery County Church | Darnestown, MD
Tucked away on the side of Our Lady of Visitation Parish is a small concrete slab where a statue of the church's namesake should be.
"My custom is to bow to the statute and say, 'Good morning, Mary.' And I bowed and there was nothing there," recalled Father Greg Shaffer of his morning routine a week ago Saturday. "And, I just – my heart sank."
