Feb 11, 2023(February 8) Church Vandalized 'Beyond Comprehension' | Reading, PA
An act of vandalism left a path of destruction and tens of thousands of dollars in damage at a church in Reading. Chairs tossed, sound equipment thrown to the ground, the piano keys severely broken and a punctured television -- all of a callous act of vandalism.
The pastor is now wondering who would do this and why.
"It's beyond comprehension," said Pastor Isaiah Adio.
Inside the Jesus Is Alive World Center in Reading, it's an unrecognizable house of worship.

Firefighters say the weekend fire that destroyed a historic northeast Missouri church is suspicious in nature. The abandoned Bullion United Methodist Church on Bullion Way, about three miles east of Kirksville, burned to the ground on Sunday.

(February 6) Man Arrested For Rock Attack At A Forest Hills Lutheran Church | Forest Hills, Queens
The man who damaged a glass door at a Lutheran church in Forest Hills with a rock last week was arrested on Sunday, police said. Juan Velez, 29, was arrested after throwing a rock at the glass door of the Grace Lutheran Church, located at 103-15 Union Turnpike
A similar event occurred at the church in December 2021, when a man also threw a rock at the same church. The church’s treasurer, Bob Wilson said the entrance was repaired a month later with plexiglass, which was damaged in January’s incident.

In early January, a man entered a Benedictine monastery in Arkansas and began smashing the altar with a sledgehammer. He was about to begin breaking open the tabernacle where the Holy Eucharist is kept, but something stopped him in his tracks: a statue of the Virgin Mary.
Jerrid Farnam, 32, of Sallisaw, Oklahoma, was arrested for the crimes of property damage and theft committed at Subiaco Abbey in Subiaco, Arkansas, and is currently incarcerated awaiting trial.
